How do automatic re-checks work?
Paid plans re-check automatically, weekly or monthly depending on the plan. Free accounts get one free re-check 14 days after your first audit. Weekly checks and the free re-check email you when something changed; other audits always email your score. You can turn audit emails off in your profile.
How do I confirm a fix worked?
After you change something on your store, run the audit again from your dashboard. The report shows which problems are gone and which are still there.
How do billing and plan changes work?
You can upgrade, change or cancel your plan from the billing page in your dashboard.
How many pages does an audit check?
Every audit checks your homepage and one page of each type your store uses. Paid plans then check more products and collections, up to 40 pages in every audit, and every page counts toward what we find. Your score always comes from your homepage and one page of each type, so it means the same on every plan.
